การนำหลักการทางเภสัชจลนพลศาสตร์มาใช้ในการกำหนดขนาดยาและความถี่ของการใช้ยา ตลอดจนติดตามตรวจปรับระดับยาให้เหมาะสมสำหรับผู้ป่วยแต่ละราย การวัดและแปลผลระดับยาในเลือดหรือในของเหลวชีวภาพอื่นๆและการประเมินความเสี่ยงในการเกิดพิษของยาจากขนาดและความถี่ของการให้ยาต่างๆ เพื่อให้มีความปลอดภัยและประสิทธิภาพในการรักษา
Application of pharmacokinetics principles in adjustment of dosage regimen; therapeutic drug monitoring in individual patients; measurement and interpretation of drug concentration in blood and biological fluids; risk assessment of toxicity of drug dosage and frequency of drug administration for safe and efficient therapy.
